This page describes, in plain English, what this website collects, why, where it goes and how to have it removed. It covers the public website of K.E. Simmons Entertainment LLC only.

The short version
Nothing is collected in the background. The only information the company receives is what you type into a form or send by email, and it is used to answer you. It is not sold, rented or added to a mailing list.
What the forms collect
Two forms on this site store what they are given. Every field is listed on the form itself and marked required or optional — nothing is hidden, and no field is filled in for you.
Service partner capability form (Partner With KES): company or trading name, contact name, work email, telephone number, the service categories you provide, your service territory, licensing, certifications and insurance (one line each), and relevant past performance, public-sector or commercial.
Contact page inquiries (Contact): your name, your organization or business, your work email, your telephone number, a procurement or solicitation number if you have one, and your message. Both inquiry types — a government or public-sector requirement, and a general question — ask for that same short list and nothing else.
Why it is collected
To reply to you, to consider your firm against the requirements of a contract when one arises, and to keep an ordinary business record of the enquiry. That is all. No decision about you is made automatically, no profile is built, and no marketing message is sent to an address that has not asked for one.
Where it is stored, and who sees it
Form submissions are stored in a database the company controls. They are read by the people at the company who need them in order to answer you, and they are not published on this site.
Submissions are not sold, rented, traded or handed to another business for marketing. The company would disclose information if it were legally required to do so, and would say so to the extent it is permitted.
How long it is kept
The company keeps a submission for as long as it is needed to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry, and deletes it on request where nothing requires it to keep the record.
This policy deliberately does not name a retention period, because the company has not set one. It would rather say that plainly than publish a number it might not meet.
Referral and affiliate relationships
This site does not carry affiliate or referral links today. If the company later publishes business resource pages that do, the links will be labelled as such and this policy will describe them before they go live.
A referral, advertising or affiliate relationship is separate from the company’s procurement decisions: taking part in one gives no firm preferential consideration for subcontracting, vendor selection, contracting participation or a project award.
Messages sent to info@kesimmonsentertainment.com are kept as business correspondence and answered by a person at the company. Email is not a secure channel, so do not send anything sensitive until the company has agreed a way to receive it.
Asking about your information
Write to info@kesimmonsentertainment.com to ask what the company holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. The company will answer with what it holds and what it can do, and will say so if something has to be kept.
Nothing here is professional advice
Nothing on this website — including anything about contracts, insurance, government clauses or compliance — is legal, insurance, tax or financial advice, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. The date at the top is the version currently in force.
This policy describes what this website does. It does not claim a certification, an accreditation or compliance with any named legal standard, because the company holds none that it can evidence.
